holiday let

Hi

I have an apartment in Sanpedro del Pinatar 20 yards off the beach and about 200 yards from the marina, I only purchased this in December and have painted and fitted new furnature.

I know I will not be using it August and September it has 3 bedrooms will have new kitchen and 1 bathroom, if you are interested drop me a line I will be there in March and again in May

Are you fully registered with the Spanish authorities to rent your property and with Spanish tax offices for rental income. The recent fines in out area for those the inspectors and police caught exceeded 120,000euro or three year in prison. You also need to register all persons staying in your property with the Policia arrival and departure. Illegal and un-registered renting of any property is no classified as tax evasion in Spain. Many have found already to their massive cost or imprisonment.
