Hi, you dont need an expensive lawyer to do this costing 100,s ,you can go direct to a notary at a cost of 60€ per person. On this forum's sister forum "Costa Blanca forum" there is a very well informed member called Jim who posts "Jim,s guides" and he recommends an english speaking notary in Almoradi who charges 57€ each and can do most of requirements by email, with just 1 final visit to sign the wills. I will be using him next month on my next visit even though many miles from my location as he,s been so well recommended by other members too and I want to get it right. Btw you must have a clause in your will stating "By the laws of England and Wales". Do not use British, as each Country in Britain uses differrent rules, ie. Scotland, Northern Ireland , but England and Wales are same.
