Hello Elaine & Simon

Congratulations on your purchase in Lo Pagan, we have recently completed on our property in Lo Pagan. We had a few challenges along the way, but we have got there in the end, having signed in September.

Short term it will be used as a holiday home but we are planning on retirement in a few years...we like the whole area, it has a nice Spanish feel and the Mar Menor with numerous beaches are wonderful for future grandchildren.

We have a lot to learn including the language but it is part of the challenge of a new country.

Hi Anthony and Katherine

Thank you for you reply

Ours  should be ready at the end of this year and hoping to spend Christmas there

You like it will be a holiday home until we can spend more time there

We are coming for a few days in April to get to know the place a little better

Nice hearing from you

Elaine and Simon

Hi Anthony & Katherine

We are John & Mhairi and are having a villa built in Lo Pagan at the moment.  We wonder if we might pick your brain about something.  We have just learned that we need a Habitation Certificate and this can take up to 3 months or sometimes more to get.  Is this something you know anything about.  Also we have been faced with a few challenges ourselves and would be interested to speak to you guys about these.  If you could email me I could perhaps give you my phone number and we could have a chat if that would be ok?  Hope all is going well now.  Many thanks.

Hi John & Mhairi

We also are in the process of buying in the Lo Pagan area we were aware of the Habitation Certificate however, we believe that our solicitor will apply for this on our behalf prior to completion so suggest you contact your solicitor and clarify this with them.

Hope this helps
