Hi Steve & Jan

Nice to have contact with you, a big Hi from Wales, we look forward to meeting You and others in the area.

We have already made introductions with John Deviitt and the Alexanders, who live adjacent to us on our plot of 10 villas, there seems a good mix of nationalities in the locality as our neighbours are a mix of French, Belgians and even Korean.

Our next visit is October with family and we have booked flights to spend our 2nd Christmas in Lo Pagan...our 2 sons have grown up so we are now spending their inheritance...!

We look forward to meeting more of our new neighbours in Spain soon,

Anthony & Katherine

Hi Janice and Ray,

We have just come back to the UK from the Groupo uno development.  Our villa completed in May this year.  We're out again in the October half term with the kids.  If you need any information or feel free to meet up with us anytime.

Hello all

We are so pleased that our new friends and neighbours sound so nice and friendly

simon and I are due to complete on Entremares III around December this year

Not sure if this will be in time as we cannot gain any information from developer (Group Uno) or solicitor (Javier - Sun Layers)

Apparently the guarantee is not in place so Javier has told us not to pay the second payment which was due end of July until it is in place - has anyone else encountered this problem or protracted silence?

Has anyone experienced delays in build or completion ?

Still looking forward to spending lots of time there and meeting everyone

Hi All,

For such a relatively new forum looks like there's potential for many new friendships & good exchanges. Hope it's a great success.

We are thinking of moving to the area too. Luvit. we currently live in Andalucía & intend spending a month there to have a good look around at our options.  Can anyone recommend a good gestor in the area that speaks english?  Hoping to find some business opportunities.

Best to you all
