Hi all does anyone know where we can have Spanish lessons in the San Pedro Del pinatar area we have been here one week & staying until march next year we are desperate to learn some Spanish as where we live it's a Spanish community & we feel a bit isolated thankyou Sandra & Dave

Hi Sandra and Dave
Try the spanish school in Los Alcazares. Its by the Post Room. Also you can go to Vinissimo as they have a regular intercambio where you can meet up with other english and some spanish people to practice speaking. The spanish people want to learn english and vice versa.
If you know nothing try looking at Duolingo - you can do this on line and at your own pace too.
Buy a spanish picture dictionary - they are really good for learning words.

There are lessons in San javier with Begonia they restart in a couple of weeks...i will pm you her contact details . The conversation group is no longer running at Vinissimo but there is one in Liverpool bar in San Pedro i'll pm you details

Hi Sandra, we are going to be living in San Pedro for the winter, arriving the 2nd week in November.
When we were there in the early summer we attended an ex pats get together (ADAPT) which is always the last Saturday in the month and is held at Hogar del Pensionista Raimundo Benedicto which is situated on Calle Floridablanca next to the Parque dear la Adriana in San Pedro. On the previous 3 Saturdays of the month they hold Spanish lessons, the lady who runs these is called Yolanda Gonzalez.
I'll be joining the group in November so I hope to see you there.

That will be great we might be starting Spanish lessons next week with a lady called begona I'm just waiting for conformation but it will be nice to meet people at different places hope to see you in November Regards Sandra

Hi, can I have details of lessons too please. We also live in San Pedro for some of the year. Wish it was more! Not shy of homework! Lol.

the lessons are in camping San Javier Wednesdays 12:00 and 1:00 l..you can come along and speak to Begoña the teacher...we are in the restaurant.
