Two experienced property managers from Scotland who now live permanently in San Pedro del Pinatar will look after your property like no other. We do all the work ourselves and do not contract it out to ensure high standards and personal service at all times.
Our property management service provides:

KEY HOLDING - We will visit your property twice monthly to check security, weather damage, water plants and will video/photograph anything that needs reporting back to the owner of the property.

CLEANING & LAUNDRY - We will clean your property after the owner/guests have stayed and do the laundry required. We can also freshen up the property for an owner/guest for arrival and provide a welcome pack if required.

DIY - We can do painting, gardening, general DIY jobs to keep your property in a good maintained condition
