We bought in San Pedro 2 years ago and Services and solutions were recommended to us here on this forum. They have been so good. Professional and thorough. We use them all the time now for things like non residents tax, etc and wouldn't want to use anyone else. They are apanish but speak good English.

Fran Vidal, he has an office in San Pedro. I can attest he has a close & longstanding relationship with the SP Notario. I have bought 4 houses & sold 2 with Fran over the last 10 years & he’s completed numerous other bureaucratic admin for us in that time with integrity & efficiency.
