Hi,
We are in the process of buying a 3 bed town house in San Pedro and hope to complete in July. Could anyone let us have any contact details of a suitable letting agency ??. We have found a local company to San pedro to deal with changeovers etc. we just need an agent to find the tenants ! I have looked on line at Homeaway etc. and they seem to attract some dubious reviews on charges etc. Any help much appreciated.

Hi,
I have used Airbnb, HomeAway and Tripadvisor this year and I am virtually full. I have found no difficulty's with these sites although you need to work closely with your clients to attract their business. Do not get conned by some of the local agents charging a fortune for their services.
