House buying help!!

Hi

We are visiting San Pedro in January for a little mooch about and to potentially look at some houses. It is possible we might find exactly the house we are looking for and want to buy it there and then. Just in case this does occur can anyone recommend a local trustworthy English speaking solicitor (or is a gestor qualified enough?) to look after our affairs, become Power of Attorney etc and generally hold our hands through the ordeal!!

We bought a house in Santiago de la Ribera from Eficatium and are very happy with our laywers "mp asesores" see foto attached who are dealing with all the papers, taxes, house registration, legal matters and so on.

They were recommended to us on here and we've used them lots. They're really good at replying to emails and Ramon has very good English and of course they are very knowledgeable, helpful and informative.

I'm jealous that you're going in January, I cant wait to get back out there.

Good luck. San Pedro is a lovely place to buy in. We were very happy that we bought there after we started finding our way around. Its an ideal location for everything.

We have a chap that looks after all our clients, Fabrice, although he lives in Alhama he has handle all and is very well connected and always gets the job done smoothly. He speaks very good English, Spanish & French.
