I am looking to purchase a new small SUV such as a Seat Arona, Renault Captur, Citroen C3 Aircross, or similar.
I would prefer to buy from a main dealer near to San Pedro del Pinatar.
I am looking for recommendations of anyone who has positive experiences of any local main dealers.
I would also be interested to hear of any reasons not to buy a new car in Spain.
Recently purchased from seat in San Javier, I have to say they were great, what a 1st class service, a very different experience to the UK, I can highly recommend. Our salesman was Vicente, top man.

We recently purchased a second hand car from a dealer in san pedro called grupo premium. Very happy with the purchase they did everything for us including registration etc. We were also considering buying brand new but prices are steep and we are happy to have found a reliable used car dealer. The other thing to note prices that they quote online are financing prices so if you wanted to pay cash they charge about 5% more. If you live here and will be using the car for the next 10 years I say go for it. If you come on Holiday for a couple of months at a time in my opinion it's not worth it.

Thanks for your response. I hadn’t really thought of buying second hand, as I don’t know much about the second hand car market in Spain.
However, as you have had such a positive experience with your purchase, I will definitely give this some consideration.
