Hi I purchased a new villa last year and so far haven’t seen anything in relation to property tax or non residence tax. Are these posted to me or how do I find out how much I have to pay etc.?

Contact the solicitor that you used for the property purchase. They should sort all this for you and set up bank direct debit payments for you.

Thank you is that for both property tax and non residents tax. I think my bank mentioned something to me about non residents tax when I opened the account so will check there too.
Is the non residents tax a set amount and do married couples have to pay for each person?

Yes. Get in touch with your solicitor ASAP you will accrue penalties for late payment.
