Where can I pay my non resident tax
If I get my accountant to fill in the form for our non resident tax. Can I take it to pay myself? Where do I pay?

You can pay it at your Spanish bank.

We pay our IBI via direct debit (we have opted to make one payment per year, paid in July last year).
Once this comes out of our account I email the town hall requesting a copy of the bill payment/receipt.
Receipt forwarded to accountant who calculates the NRT. NRT form/certificate is scanned at the ATM and pay with debit card.
In theory it’s that easy.
