Looking for skip hire for removal of building waste from a renovation

Hi guys,

Im looking for some information about skip hire in the area, i will be beggining a renovation on my property soon and will need a skip to take away the waste from the renovation, old kitchen, bathroom etc.

Does anyone know what needs to be done to apply for the licence etc.

I searched for you on FB -Los Alcazares - Info for all. It came up: Juanmi skip

Try above facebook page: there was also someone who asked how much (volum) I would say there are a couple of chances.

Last week was an advert about skips but it did not came up......good luck

Ask about the licence for a skip when you apply for the "licencia de obras" - the licence for work. You will pay a fee for this (if permission for the work is granted) based upon the estimated costs, including labour (even if this is you doing it). In Andalucia at least if the town hall thought you had underpriced the job, on completion they often levied additional charges.
