Teleast

We use 360telecom for UK TV and Flexa network for WiFi. We turn off the TV when we're gone and don't pay for those months. 

A few minor problems but they're quick to fix them if you send them an email. 

Have never had problems with Flexa network.

Many thanks for your informative reply. Had Teleast (now Avatel) out to our property as still having issues. Roof television dish has been moved to direction of different transmitter and signal strength now improved (also cracked external cable replaced).

Engineer informed us that fibre optic available in our road so having taken a visit to Los Alcazares office have signed up for the change at no additional cost with initial 3 months discount on 21 month contract.

However deliberating (initial more expensive) switch with facility to pick and choose months when required.

I have used Teleast (Avatel) for three years. They say you can turn off the service, which I did after the first year for about 3 months, when I returned they would not allow re-connection without me signing another 1 year contract. Not sure if they still do this as have not bothered to turn it off since, which means it is expensive for just six month use.

Incidentally, ITV still appears to be a bit flakey but chanel 22 is, I believe, N.Ireland ITV, and often has the same programmes and works when the normal ITV  (18) is down.
