Can anyone recommend: Replacing Split System and patching up hole in wall of house.

I'm about to purchase a house to renovate in Santiago and it has old air con units that go through the wall of the house - best way to describe is that if I remove them there will be a hole the size of the unit on both sides of the wall inside and outside. Going to install modern split system however does anyone know who/what type of tradie you need to patch up the hole in the house? Asking too much if anyone knows a rough price it would cost?
