TV & Internet - Santiago de la Ribera

I hope someone can help.
We have a holiday apartment in Ribera and used to watch TV via a satellite dish on the side of our neighbour's apartment via a twin receiver (us and them). We now need to look for an alternative means of obtaining TV as they have taken the dish down due to other residents concern for safety, which is fair enough. We are on the 2nd of 3 floors and therefore don't have a roof to fix a dish on.
We are therefore looking for an alternative method to get TV. Are there any non-dish alternatives?
We have though of adding broadband to the apartment to maybe stream TV from ITV Hub, BBC iPlayer etc. Do you have any recommendations (including initial and ongoing costs) for broadband options. Even if there is an alternative to internet for TV service we may still have broadband installed for convenience.
We hope to sort this out when we can hopefully travel to Spain later this year.next.
