Wearing of face masks

Check out Murcia Today article or the N332 Facebook posts. Masks at ALL times except when seated in bars/restaurants, on the beach or partaking in a sport.

Woow...so just out cycling or walking you must wear a mask? 

If so a tighter regime currently than the UK.

Tighter regime that UK  but better, at least our figures are better over here and quicker to respond to changes in infection rates. Better a little inconvenienced than dead is the way l look at it.

Not sure how this ruling  relates to the car, assuming not classed as a public place?  Already need masks in car if not all passengers are from the same household.

It is also a finable offence to not have a mask with you at all times even if not being worn.

The one thing that a lot of people don't get is that the main function of the mask is to reduce the chance of the wearer spreading the virus, NOT to prevent them catching it. The 1.5 meter spacing is only a guide, airborne water droplets from   cough or sneeze can travel much further than that. 

Socializing in bars etc is a risk that each person has to make their own decision on, not requiring a mask when seated can only make for a higher risk environment.

Reading Easyjet's web site they state masks need to be worn throughout the duration of their flights, can only assume that is true of other airlines.

The fine for NOT having/wearing a mask is € 1000,00 (one thousand).

PS: The rules in the UK is a laugh..

Figures here just outside Norwich city centre are v good. We are looking forward to returning to our holiday home as not been there since December. 

Not sure if I'll get used to wearing a mask in 90f though. But definitely needed as we all deal with this horid pandemic! 

Simple answer to mask wearing is to spend all you time on the beach or in the bar 😀. 

We are so grateful that we are lucky enough to have a detached place in our own plot to chill in, still hoping to get a few beach trips in the month though 🏖

What rules?

Hi , do these rules apply to children. We are coming over in 2wks time with our 5yr old grandson.... Also what are the rules regarding communal swimming pools..  are they open. Many thanks.

I think re pool you have to ask your community.

Our pool opened on the 27th: 11 to 3 p.m. time for desinfection re open 5 - 9 pm. capacity: 75% i.e. 51 in the pool

It's a one way system around the pool: at the entrance we have a dispenser for cleaning The floor are marked how to walk around.

Our admin sent a warning that the pools will be closed if the rules are not followed using the pool only for cooling down...(NO chairs or lying around or gathering...)

We have in our community lots of children......

1 week  later another e-mail came that the pool are open @ 10 - 11 only for the 60+ OK you can use the pool during the opening time, but if 25 children playing around it's not much fun how I like to swim.....
