Does anyone know when the Tapas trail is on in Santiago de la Ribera, I believe it’s in February sometime.

Found This.....So I'm guessing will be a similar date in 2018.
The 4th Carnival tapas route will take place in Santiago de la Ribera from the 10th February to the 4th March 2017. During these dates 21 bars and restaurants will be offering specially prepared tapas and a drink for 2€ and 6 pubs will be offering a Cocktail for 3€. Collect your Tapas Passport from the Tourist Office for all the details about the route.
