We bought an apartment in Santiago De La Ribera 3 years ago for holidays, and maybe retirement. We like the idea of living in Santiago as its very spanish and we are trying to learn the language but we do miss company. Are there any groups with english/spanish people that we could joint. It doesnt have to be in santiago, we walk up to San Pedro del Pinitar and Lo Pagan a lot and also ride bikes further afield. It would be nice to integrate a bit more. Thanks Gill and Paul

Welcome to Spain. I live in El Algar but happy to meet for coffee sometime if you’re free. Santiago is lovely so I often walk along the front there. Hope you’ve settled in well
