Anyone know a company that can administer rentals in Santiago de la Ribera?

Sorry unable to help with your enquiry but please beware of unscrupolus agents they are the same worlwide but we lost many 1000s It is better getting money put into your account monthly so 1. You Know its paid 2. You have it 

We had an agent who did half the job perfectly he rented the property just failed on one important point he did not pay us plus any repairs were charged at horrendous rates lastly Spanish or English they are both the same.

sorry to bring you this warning but we wish someone had warned us

A rental period of 6 months at 500 to 700 per week returned to us 236.00 euros after we threatened action we received bills for 2,900 charges of 1,600 and our 236 which we framed as a reminder of our stupidity. Good Luck!

Does anyone know of someone who can do a turnaround for when we rent our house in Santiago de la Ribera, a general clean around,wash and change sheets and hold the key, we won't be renting very often so don't want a contract, someone who will charge us a fee for each service.
