Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of the cost of contracting a property management company please?

I am looking to get quotes for key holding and general house cleaning/ maintenance .

Also any tips of things to watch our for.

We use Casa Comforts based in Santiago de la Ribera.

Based on our experience would highly recommend them. Trustworthy and reliable.

They look after our property with weekly internal and external checks plus a cleaning / laundry service if required.
