We had the same problem with our oven. We went to the home electrical shop in san pedro del pinatar main square, next to the church, on the corner. They sell ovens and washing machines etc. They sent a man out to us the next day. He changed the heating element and charged us just over 100e from what I remember. He was very good. Then we bought an air fryer from them and don't really use the oven anymore (haha). Cheaper to run though.

@Lucy123

Have you tried warming the inside of the oven with a hair dryer or small electric fan heater ??

I have seen it recommended as the oven gets moisture in it that causes the trip.

Particularly if the oven has not been used for many months.

I was told the same, moisture gets in to the element or thermostat as the oven is not used very often in holiday homes. Ours starting tripping after 13 months and the ferretería we bought it from arranged the repair.
