Hi Gax,
friends told me it opened last Wednesday (and the one in San Javier is in the Alhambra park)....it is not on the street but in the council park adjacent to the street (maybe half way along the road)......it is all set out for social distancing, one way in and a different way out.....you cannot choose your own fruits and veg, instead you ask and the stall holders get it for you......my friends said it worked very well.

Hi Anni, just back from the market it was as your friends described, civil protection station at the entrance to dispense hand sanitizer and take a digital temp check, only about twenty stalls well spaced, mostly fruit & veg plus an olive stall also a herb & spice stall and of course the roast chicken truck, probably not worth travelling any distance to shop there, we are only a short walk from it and we got what we needed. Thanks again for the info
