Who was O'Shea?

Hi All,

           At the bottom of the main street, on the left opposite the church , in Ribera is Calle O'Shea. Home of La Lonja.

I believe General O'Shea served with the Spanish during the Napoleonic Wars. Does anyone have any more information ?

Am I right in saying that the Ayuntamiento in San Javier have the services of a local historian?
