I am looking for cheap house insurance
just want basic insurance any advice

Hi, we have house insurance with MAPFRE, ours is a 3 bedroom villa with pool and this years insurance was €157. Our payment is annually by direct debit, the insurance company sends out a reminder of expiry date and new fee and its up to you to opt out or allow the direct debit to proceed, pretty straight forward really. We have never made an insurance claim so I don't know anything about that end of their service.

try Liberty Seguros...they were much cheaper for us...they have an office in Los Narejos behind Virazu by the Saturday market roundabout.

We also use Liberty Seguros.
We contacted Miguel and he gave us a quote that was half of what we were paying with our present insurer through Sabadell Bank.
I attach Miguel’s card in case you want to contact them for a quote.
