Hi everyone thanks for the add.
Been coming to Costa calida area (staying in Los alcazares with friends who live part .uk part LA) for some 20 years. We have visited a few places on the coast and inland and although u get more for yr money inland I have found the summer's hotter and winters cooler So, we are taking the plunge and moving to the coast.. Santiago de le ribera we love with the beach front bars and restaurants.
My question is what is it favourite ace along the coast and why.
Would u but new or old. I'm thinking new r more eu regulated and should have double glazing and insulation but u pay a premium for new builds and they generally will have a look put in taking the strain out of planning permission and whether the area will allow one.
Your opinions and suggestions either way would be appreciated
