Hi Barbara, for how long would you want to rent the apartment and from which date? Am sorry if you had already given this information. Property is 2 bedroom, about 500m from the beach (Santiago de la Ribera).

Best regards, Dorcus

Hi Barbara,

We do use the apartment from time to time, so we are currently looking for short term rental possibilities. I hope you find the right place for you.

Best regards, Dorcus

And in relation to the deposit, I would accept 2 months deposit and the rent will be 700 euros or near offer exclusive of bills.

Hi Phil, sorry it's very confusing who the messages are for? But if you had asked me about my flat's availability, then, Yes it is very much still available. Please let me now, Thanks
