Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately we won't proceed any further with your apartment due to the high price, We are currently in the same spec apartment at the Hacienda Riquelme complex costing 350 euros and are viewing a townhouse on la torre for 475 euros. Thanks again for your replies.

When is it available from?

Hi. I am asking 450 euros per calendar month. At the moment I haven't taken photos, but the house is an ordinary town house in a block of four houses. To the front of it is a terrace and it has a smaller patio at the back. Years ago we converted the small kitchen into a kitchen /diner which, I think is a nice feature of the house. We have a downstairs toilet and a shower outside on the back patio. Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms and the other bathroom as Well as a balcony from the front bedroom. I shall be going there again after the weekend and will take pictures. It is in a super position as the beach is only a few minutes walk away. We can have it available to rent within the week.
