We are viewing some properties on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort on Tuesday 16th January 2018 and would like to view any other available properties whilst we are there.  We are currently living in Benidorm and want to move to the Murcia Region.  We would be happy with a 6 month rental and would want to extend if possible if all parties were agreeable.  We are not looking to buy and are happy to remain in Spain in a rental property.

Hi Keith ,

Yes that would be good . Go to Oasis properties Aguilas it’s the rustic colour feature property . It’s up for sale but we would prefe r  a rental . I won’t expand on that the pics speak for themselves:

It’s non estate and walk to bars and restaurants . I have another interseted party . 3 beds 2 baths . . Sharon

Hi Sharon, taken a look at the pics villa looks very nice, is it available from February for 12 months and what sort of rental fig did you have in mind,? Also does it have WiFi installed?

Depending on the above just need to get some idea of the location etc.

Thanks for getting back to me, Keith.

Hi keith our house is in Calabardina a short drive from Aguilas . Calabardina has some nice restaurants and bars also a supedrmarket . The  house has satelite TV but no wifi  . But that could be arranged if you needed it . The  house is available now we are looking at 600 a month plus you maintain the pool and garden at 70 euros a month . It comes fully furnished . Hi Keith

Good idea to get a feel for the place . My house is located in Calle Bogata  The very last road on the left hand side as you exit calabardina  .There is a small slope that leads to a private rd . You will see a group of houses on the right .

I am in W A so always 8 hours ahead . I can get Lionel , he manages our house to meet you there . But will need some notice . Aguilas is very nice and a good place to visit . The beaches around us are beautiful . Do you have a dog ? Sharon
