Had a message from Resortalia the admin company who look after Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort informing me that the IBI tax is due by 6th July in Sucina, can't seem to find out how much you pay, not sent an email or letter requesting payment. Does anyone know about this? Your help would be appreciated

Resortalia also run Las Terrazas and they sent me an e mail also but ours isn't due until October

Given that there are only 2 days before the deadline, and no doubt there would be fines for late payment, if it was me I would be contacting the admin people for answers. Residents are no doubt paying them a community charge, so make them earn it?
