Hi, I have a holiday home in Sucina and use Flexa for my wifi, having it turned on and off as required. I cant get a reply from Flexa this time. Just put on hold then told no one available. Anybody any ideas as to the best way to contact them.

Go into one of their offices? There's an office in the Dos Mares commercial centre in San Javier and another one in the main square in San Pedro del Pinatar. They're open throughout lunchtime and their staff mostly speak English.
Or you could just fill in the form on their website. https://flexa.tv/contacto/ It's in Spanish but you can fill it in in English.

I was in Sucina last week and noticed their office in the square was closed. (Their huge sign still looms over La Plaza bar)

The office in Sucina closed permanently during Covid. As the previous poster stated there is a office in Dos Mares shopping centre.

The office is the other end of the Dos Mares commercial centre in San Javier now just past Carrefor

If you've got a (Flexa) account number, you may (depending on area) be able to book on-line through "clientes.vegafibra.com". Requires 2-3 days notice before the start period. Default language is Spanish, but can be changed using the flag symbols on the web-site. I'm in San Pedro and I've used it a number of times. Very straightforward. Just need a debit/credit card.
