I believe there are 2 clinics in San Javier (that are the nearest to you), which do the tests

There is a chemist in los alcazares  on the main road opisite  the dental clinic and New to you it's 20.00 euro results in 15 mins we went tues 28.12.21  no ques hope  this helps
