Waste furniture

We have a garden bench (rattan) and 2 chairs to throw away, can I put these near the waste bins at the street?

Do i have to warn the municipality?

Technically you should call the council and arrange collection. However if you leave them next to the bins they will be removed pretty quickly by the people that scavenge the bins. Often before the council get there to collect.

Sorry no, I believe you come under Murcia up there. If it's about leaving the waste furniture, put it out tonight and it will be gone by the morning, if nit before.
