Anyone know a reliable key holder/ cleaner

Hi, I am buying a little quad villa in La Tercia village. I am planning to let friends and family use it, so need a reliable key holder who is happy to clean after use and wash change beds etc. I was hoping to have an arrangement where the people using it would pay the key holder a pre agreed amount for the cleaning, Many Thanks, Chris
