DOG FOULING IN SUCINA

My wife and I are residents in Sucina, we like to walk about the village On the whole the pavements are clean and the walk pleasant..

However the promenade or Avenue between the La Vereda and the cemetery is the exception, in this section it appears that some residents of Sucina use this as a massive litter for their Dogs.

My wife walked along this avenue and took at least 10 photographs of Dog turds, this after interacting with an English woman who was walking three dogs there and without shame or embarrassment was allowing them to foul the pavement.

When asked why she did not carry a plastic bag to dispose of the turds in the waste bins thoughtfully supplied by Murcia Municipality. The Englishwoman suggested that Spanish and immigrant dog owners did the same, so it was acceptable, When this justification was challenged the Englishwoman spat expletives at my wife and strutted off. In contrast, previously on challenging a Spanish person, this person was apologetic  and remove her dog's turd.

Some how it appears that some English Immigrants who have bought Villa's in the nearby Urbanisation believe that social responsibilities do not apply to them!
