I believe the daughter speaks English (assuming that is your language!) but not sure when she is there. I don't think they are opening in the evenings at the moment.
Suggest you use Translate to prepare your question in Spanish and hopefully you can get some sort of resolution.
If you have no joy with that, let me know and I will go in and get the email address, probably still best to communicate in Spanish though.
