Is anybody able to give me an idea of the cost of private pool maintenance please? I ask as I want to factor in costs to decide whether to buy a property with a private pool or a communal pool. Thanks in advance

I pay €75 a month cash. That includes everything even if he has to come back to check it or clean it again due to the strong winds that we have had. Super service.
I imagine it may depend upon the size of pool, but we pay€60/month for 8 x 4 metres.
