I am with Sanitas (part of the BUPA group) and have just renewed for 2nd year on an Non Lucrative Visa paying approx. €800 per year, which also includes dental cover. Aged 52, no pre-existing conditions.

I have also seen other people recommending DKV as a provider.

It's worth shopping around as quotes appear to vary widely.

DKV were the cheapest by far for us but after 2 years with them I can say from experience that their customer service wasn’t great.
