New to Sucina

Hi Everyone,

My partner and I have just bought in Sucina and will be coming over at the end of November.

We have been reading lots of things about the village and can't wait to spend our holidays there.

One thing I've notice is that people have been saying that electric is expensive and that Teleast are the cheapest, can anyone elaborate on this for us.

If there is any advice on things we should know, please feel feel to let us know.

Hi Karen, we are looking to buy next year, please let me know of your experience of buying, estate agent ect, any advice would be welcome,good luck in your new home.

Teleast are Internet and TV providers ..one of many...one of the cheapest and their service is OK and improving...they are part of a bigger group TV Mar Menor. If you are only spending holidays here then you can pay a month at a time so you dont pay if you're not here.

Iberdrola is the biggest power provider....its not any more expensive than UK but I think the standing charge is higher.

Teleast office is in Los Alcazares by the 525 roundabout but you can do it online or over the phone, They also have a stand in Dos Mares Shopping Centre....its now part of TV Mar Menor.
