a very helpful lady called Lynda showed me around the apartment and also kept me fully up to date via email and phone calls.  QPM then recommended a Solicitor, who again was excellent, and now QPM are the property management agents for my apartment.  

Would certainly recommend.

We bought on Riquelme, we don't play golf, but absolutely love it, we have lived all over spain but find it very peaceful on here, the security would stop any roudyness , the resort is kept 100% the Gardens are amazing, the shop and restaurant is a bonus and so handy, the pools are kept to a very high standard, we have just gone through August which is obviously the busiest time, yet we weren't bothered by any noise at all, I feel the community fees are good value, for the security we get, the Internet, the TV packages amazing, we used to live in a villa off a golf Resort and it cost us far more for pool cleaning, gardener, internet Tv and phone packages.  We love it,
