Urgh....

If you are on facebook join the 'friends of hacienda riquelme' group and hacienda riquelme apartment sales' group. I would also recommend Liz McReynolds who gives a personal service and will find a property to suit your budget. Her website is https://www.platinumholidayrentals.com/

If you speak to Liz or Platinum mention me please as she is our keyholder.

Thanks and good luck with your search.

David.

Don't go anywhere near the bottom end of Atlantico as it is rapidly becoming a social housing estate for low income Spanish families. One of the blocks on HR has decided to self manage as t...

...hey don't trust the administration.  When the borders open and COVID is behind us the Spanish economy will have to recover some of the economic costs ..  it is likely that the tax burden on homeowners both domestic and foreign will increase .. leading to a further downward pressure. You can buy on HR for less than the cost of a decent car or rent the best penthouses for less than 500 per month. The resort finances aren't in the best shape and there are other resorts to choose from... think very carefully before listening to the HR vocal clique. They're very very  cheap for a good reason and as the economy recovers there will be many more resorts built (they have almost unlimited land to choose from.

Is no 58 social housing we are looking an apartment there ?
