Wrecked Park.

What used to be a very pleasant little park in Calle Los Cipreses (when it wasn't covered in dog mess) has been systematically wrecked over a period of a few months.
Most of the benches have been destroyed and the litter bins are disappearing one by one.
You get used to this type of vandalism in the UK but I hadn't seen it during my twenty plus years in Spain, doesn't anyone take pride in their surroundings any more?
