Hi 

I needed to Contact them to change Bank details for Direct Debit called from UK each time someone picked up couldnt speak English.They would just disconnect the call. I went in the Townhall in October again didnt speak English they just handed me a piece paper with Ana wrote on it she is really helpful.

I know it's a Nightmare I'v been trying to Change all my Direct Debits as I'v opened a Euro Wise Account I have successfully done about 3 but they only show on Wise when they have actually requested payment un like UK banks you can see them set up ready for funds to come out.Then I will close Sabadell.

Council tax doesnt come out until June they have informed me it's been Amended.I also decided to go with another Company to Calculate non residents instead of going through Solicitor.So I have had to get through to change Address to spanish Address from Solictor.I will Add cpl websites in case they are useful.
