I'm wondering if there is a complex, something like a Butlins holiday camp,were there are plenty of activities to keep one occupied.
No, but Sucina is close to several golf resorts, which generally have tennis and/or padel courts and childrens' play areas in addition to golf.
You will also be about 30 mins drive to the coast - either the Mar Menor or the Med, with beaches, water sports, etc. There is a water park and zoo in Murcia City (although I have seen negative reviews about the water park).
