We have never found it a problem getting the shuttle bus. We don't have loads of luggage though. Yes OK cars try to sell me their insurance but I use Questor in the UK for XS insurance costs £40 for the year. I won't be pursuaded to take their insurance. We video the car on pickup and take pics. X
