Hi.
Can someone please tell me the current cost of community fees on terraz de la torre and can it go up in price please? Any advice helpful

Hi, the fees depend on which block on the resort you are in. Each block sets its own budget as part of the AGM. However, a guide figure is about 320€ per quarter, most blocks have been able to reduce them recently due to the resort being paid debts owed by Polaris World.
