Car Tax

I’m trying to pay my car tax to the Torre Pacheco Town Hall Unfortunately when I get to the Caixa page and try to put the amount in its being rejected I’ve emailed the Town Hall snd thought I was following instructions but obviously not Just wondered if anyone’s used this process and can tell me where I’m going wrong
