I usually go to the town hall in Torre Pacheco and ask for a copy of the bill to pay my car tax and then pay this at the bank or at the terminal within the Town Hall. Because of Covid 19 can anyone tell me if I need to get an appointment to obtain the bill or can I turn up as I normally would at the Town Hall. If I need an appointment can someone tell me where on the Town Hall web site I apply for an appointment. Thank you
It would be far easier to set up an annual direct debit to pay things like this.

Thank you for answering Roland. The problem I have is that the car was wrongly registered under the municipality of Torre Pacheco and I live in the municipality of Murcia. I did go to the appropriate offices in Murcia City and was told that they couldn't do the direct debit because of the municipality and I don't know the procedure to set up a direct debit in Torre Pacheco. When things are back to 'normal' I will go to traffico and get it changed and then set up a direct debit in Murcia. Any other information you may have would be appreciated.

Mine comes in the post and I just pay it with my bank app. Am assuming that as you don't live in torre pacheco it isn't being sent to you. The date on mine for payment was voluntary until May 2nd so you have a few weeks to pay it.
Torre pacheco is currently under perimeter confinement until next weds so you will need to make an appointment and take proof in case of controls.
If you go to their webpage and scroll to the bottom you will find a button that says cita previa, you can make an appt there, I think the appt comes under 'recaudación'.

Hello, my car is registered in Fuente Alamo but my car tax renuwel papers didn't arrive. There is a company in Mazarrón that charged me 10€ to find and print out the renuwel paper which I then took to my bank to pay.
I realise Mazarrón is quite far but they speak English as well as Spanish and can sort out all sorts of other things as well. Let me know if you would like their contact details.
