Skip hire

Communities usually have rules about what you can do, so you may be best checking with them or the skip wagon may be turned away at the gate.

If you are doing the sort of work that needs a skip surely you have made sure that it is permitted so you should have the contact.

One reason we did not buy on a resort/community is that everything you do can need permission. I spoke to an owner on one who had been waiting three years for permission to erect a small garden shed on his property...

That’s unfortunate, luckily here they are much better, never had a problem. However they are strict who comes on due to security reasons which we are happy about.
