Hi, i may look at purchasing a property on United Golf Resort and due to covid and not being able to travel to look at the area, i wondered if anyone could advise me on the following:
1. Is there public transport to the beaches/main city
2. Is there any local supermarkets
3. Is there much to do in the local area

As with anyone would reply, you really need to visit UGR for yourself. I have stayed there and would say UGR is very nice. What does let it down is no supermarket. I think if there was one ( some rumours of that happening) that would be a game changer. The community run bar is nice and you'll meet lots of friendly people. There's a small supermarket in La Tercia, - walkable but wouldn't fancy doing that with shopping bags. Next nearest is HR golf resort Spar and then a Lesco and a Spar in Sucina. Public transport from La Tercia is limited. You definitely need a car.
Public transport anywhere around here is almost non existent. I am in La Tercia and although local supermarket is ok for small amount it's no good for a ' big shop '
